Just a quick note of thanks to the Auburn Cycling Club for hosting one of the prettiest centuries I've done in 20 years of riding. Not only was it well designed, your helpful volunteers were always at crucial points where riders might have needed to beware of oncoming vehicles. And special kudos are due to the folks who marked the course; I've done about 200 centuries over the years and I cannot remember ever having ridden a more clearly marked ride -- and that includes those I helped mark myself. Great work!

Thank you very much. Here's hoping your folks can do this one again next year.

Great ride! A few highlights:

- Loves the PB&J bites at the rest stops.
- Thanks to the flag staff at the tricky intersections. Much appreciated.
- Everyone was SUPER friendly and happy.
- The route was perfect. The last 10 miles were a challenge (but I liked it!)
- Fantastic route markers...very easy to follow.
- Great post ride party!

Can't wait to do it again next year.

Thanks to the organizers and volunteers. We had a great time and enjoyed the course.
I rode the ~100K course and was impressed at how well the course was marked. I'm VERY GRATEFUL to the people that marked this course because I didn't have to stop and look at a map or ask directions at all. It was very clearly marked and "thank-you" to the course marshals that were stationed at important route intersections.

Food was great too! thanks!

I am a new member to the club and rode the GCC yesterday. I thought that the route was a good mixture of flats, downs and ups and well marked! The aid stations were great and thanks to all of the volunteers that worked them along with the flaggers out on the course.

As a member of SFCC (but still looking forward to my first ride with the group) and a participant in yesterday’s Century, I would like to say that it was very well run. The course was beautiful, challenging and well marked. The aid stations were terrific with a great selection of nutrition and well staffed with friendly volunteers. I hope it will be an annual event.

Thanks to you all.
